Cleverific uses monthly subscription plans for live Shopify stores. Development stores can use all features free of charge.
How billing works
Simple usage-based billing: Pay a monthly fee that includes a set number of order edits. If you exceed your limit, pay per additional edit.

What counts as usage
Every action that modifies an order counts as one "order edit":
Editing existing orders
Creating new orders
Creating draft orders
Recovering abandoned carts
Customer self-edits through Customer Portal
Automated actions (free gifts, bundle expansion, etc.)
Usage resets monthly on your billing cycle start date.
Overage billing
When you exceed your monthly limit:
Your features keep working normally
Additional edits are billed at your plan's overage rate
Overage charges appear on your next monthly bill
Overage rates decrease with higher-tier plans, making upgrades cost-effective if you regularly exceed limits.
