Can I try Cleverific for free?
Yes, you can try Cleverific for free for 21 days so you can test back-end order editing and customer self-serve order editing at no cost and see how it works with your Shopify store. If you decide Cleverific is not the right fit after testing it, you can simply uninstall before the 21-day free trial ends.
How do I install Cleverific?
To get started, you can install Cleverific Order Editor from the Shopify App Store:
- Install from App Store
https://apps.shopify.com/edit-order - Approve subscription
After installing, you'll need to approve the Cleverific Order Editor subscription in your Shopify Admin. - Start using Cleverific directly in your Shopify Admin.
Once the subscription is approved, you can start using Cleverific right away. Let us know if you have any other questions!
Where can I find tutorials and guides?
You can find common questions and answers online at support.cleverific.com. Additionally, tutorials and guides can also be found on our YouTube page, Cleverific.
What are your support hours?
Our customer support team is available Monday-Thursday from 9am - 5pm Pacific Time. You'll always speak to a real person when contacting our support staff during these hours.
Outside of these core support hours, our development team is on-call 24/7 to monitor Cleverific and ensure it is running smoothly without any downtime.
While you may not be able to speak to a live agent outside 9am-5pm Pacific on Monday-Thursday, our team works around the clock to ensure Cleverific has the best possible uptime and performance.

How much does Cleverific cost?
Pricing for Cleverific is usage-based, with flexible plans to meet the needs of all Shopify merchants:
- Growth: $49/month
- Professional: $99/month
- Premium Plus: $299/month
- Custom plans available for high volume merchants
For development stores, Cleverific can be used for free with full functionality.
The usage-based model means you only pay for what you use each billing cycle. As your order volume grows, you can seamlessly upgrade your plan.
How do I pay for Cleverific?
After installing Cleverific Order Editor, you can try it for free during the trial period. Once the trial ends, a monthly recurring charge will be added to your Shopify billing cycle. This charge will be applied to the payment method you have on file in Shopify. You can cancel the recurring charge at any time by uninstalling the app before the next billing cycle.
How do I get billed?
Billing is handled directly by Shopify. Once your 7 day trial period comes to an end, Shopify will bill the payment method you have on file every 30 days based on your Shopify billing cycle.
How do I uninstall?
To uninstall Cleverific Order Editor:
- Log into your Shopify Admin and go to Apps > Apps and sales channel settings
- Find Cleverific Order Editor in the list of installed apps and click "Uninstall"
- Confirm you want to uninstall the app
Cleverific Order Editor will be completely removed from your Shopify store.
