Enhanced self-service through customer accounts
One of our biggest highlights in 2024 was our integration with Shopify's Customer Account extensions, putting order management capabilities exactly where customers expect them - directly within your store's native interface.
For example: A customer realizes they need to change their shipping address after placing an order. Instead of emailing support and waiting for a response, they log into their account and make the change themselves in seconds. The address is automatically validated, and both you and your customer can get on with your day.
